Sundays at Seven

Sundays at SEVEN package invites you to enjoy the Stillwater SEVEN experience, combined with the food the locals love to eat and the wine they love to drink. Whether you’re flying into Launceston for a weekend getaway, live around the corner and need a staycation, or travelling from elsewhere in Tassie, Sundays at SEVEN are for you.

This new accommodation and dining package includes a Sunday night in Stillwater SEVEN’s best available room, and a dining voucher for Sunday lunch at either Timbre Kitchen OR a Sunday dinner at Havilah Wine Bar. Trust us when we tell you these are local favourites for a reason - you might even see us there.

Tasmanian Tesla Traverse​

The Tasmanian Tesla Traverse invites guests to tour the south, east and north of the state from the comfort and style of a Tesla provided by Tasmanian-owned Drive Car Hire. The package includes two nights each at Hobart’s The Tasman, Piermont Retreat on the east coast, and Launceston’s Stillwater Seven, as well as indulgent dinners and breakfasts along the way.

Package includes: 

  • Tesla car hire for six nights and seven days from Hobart to Launceston or Launceston to Hobart (additional days may be added on request)

  • Two nights accommodation in a Grand Heritage King room at the Tasman, Hobart

  • $300 dining credit for dinner at Peppina Restaurant on the first night of your stay in Hobart

  • Peppina Pantry Experience breakfast for two on both mornings of your stay in Hobart

  • Two nights accommodation in a Luna Residence at Piermont Retreat, Swansea (East Coast)

  • Dinner for two at Homestead Restaurant on your first night of your stay in Swansea

The Tasmanian Tesla Traverse starts at $6,700 for two people, available until 31st October 2024. Bookings are available upon request to any of the package partners.

Warming Up Winter

​

Warming Up Winter package invites guests to pay for two nights and receive a complimentary third night and a range of treats to warm up even the coolest nights.

​

On arrival, you'll be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Tasmanian Pinot Noir to enjoy in the cosy comfort of your room. Stay warm by not even having to leave the building by wandering downstairs for a three-course dinner, complete with snacks and sides, at our highly-awarded Stillwater Restaurant, as well as locally-sourced provisions for an in-room breakfast each morning.

 

Off-site, the package takes guests on an intimate tour of nearby Launceston Distillery. Based in a hangar at Launceston Airport, the tour goes behind-the-scenes of the production of the distillery’s fine Tasmanian single malt whiskies.

 

The warmth continues beyond the stay, select a woollen blanket to snuggle up in from nearby Waverley Mills, a historic mill on the banks of Launceston’s Distillery Creek, which has woven, spun and finished every one of their unique products on-site since 1874. A selection of Launceston Distillery drams will complete the ideal take-home keepsake of three winter nights in Tasmania.
