Who We Are

In addition to the descriptor above in the Bartender role, our hotel team is a very small but effective team. We aim to exceed our guests expectations and provide an incredibly memorable stay for all the right reasons. Our professionalism, thought and care has become well known and our touch points across our guest's stay is of a high priority for the entire Stillwater team.

What We're Looking For?

The day would begin in assisting with in room breakfast service and preparing the restaurant for lunch service, then continuing the day with reception and concierge duties, assisting guest checkouts and then check-ins for the afternoon. We have a high level of customer service, tailoring guests' rooms to their needs and this requires great attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and in person, flexible in their approach with no two days ever the same, good at problem solving, an eye for detail, a thirst for knowledge and adapting to the needs of not only the guest but to the restaurants operational requirements. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Other duties will include face to face and email communication, assisting guests with restaurant reservations throughout their stay, and also preparing tour and package itineraries on a per booking basis.
