We will be offering a more casual 4-course truffle filled menu this year alongside our winter menu from Tuesday 1st July until the 8th August (unless the season closes early). These delicacies have become a strong staple to our winter menus and the aromas which fill the restaurant are incredibly heady and comforting. Matched with Tasmanian wine, our truffle’s are sourced just down the road from us at Tamar Valley Truffles. This season is particularly fragrant to last year.
