Indulgent Winter Weekend Of Tasmanian Pinot Noir and Truffles

We invite you join us for a winter weekend of pure Tasmanian indulgence. Create the weekend you want choosing from a range of special wine and food events, join us for all or just some. Starting Friday afternoon with a intimate Abel Gin and Whisky tutored tasting with Natalie Fryar (former ‘Queen’ of Jansz). Saturday kicks off with a tasting of over 40 of the top Tasmanian Pinot Noirs alongside their makers at the Pinot Shop under the master palate of Pinot Shop owner Michele Round. Saturday night is capped off with a Stillwater menu of 6 courses laden with Tasmanian truffles. For those who still haven’t sated their truffle obsession by then join us at Stillwater for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday morning for our truffled eggs masterpiece and a glass of our fabulous local fizz. Stillwater’s Truffles and Pinot (6:30pm for 7pm) $250 per person for 6 course menu with matched wines bookings

Saturday and Sunday 29 and 30 July
– Truffled egg breakfast at Stillwater, $49 per person with sparkling wine, reserve a table as mornings are very popular, from 8:30am, bookings

NOTE: There will be an opportunity to purchase your own Tasmanian truffles at the Stillwater Providore to take with you and create your own…truffled delights when you get home!
