Join us for your next corporate dinner, special celebration or start your new life together at Stillwater.  With a range of spaces accommodating groups from 14 to 120 we are happy to help you spoil your guests for that important event.  From large stand up cocktail style for 120 or intimate private boardroom dinner we will do our utmost to deliver the experience you want for your important function.  We have been privileged to work with many organisations on their special events, launches and functions over the years to help ensure success and just make it that little bit easier for you, here is what we can offer….

Menu Options

 

Our indulgent multi course Tasting Menu. Trust the hand that feeds you and let Executive Chef Craig Will and his kitchen team take you on a gastronomic journey through the dynamic dishes of Stillwater. Sommelier James Welsh can complete the journey by matching some rare local wines to these exciting dishes. Price is $125pp for the menu only or $195pp for 5 courses with matching wines.
Our 3 course, 3 choice option allows your guests to be able to select their dishes but still being able to choose from some amazing creations with a focus on our fabulous local produce. Price is $90pp including house made bread to start the night and seasonal sides to share.
For our more casual cocktail style functions with a group of 20-30 guests there is a minimum charge of $25pp for canapés only for approx. 1-2 hours in our wine bar area or for larger groups of up to 120 guests in the restaurant. We also have our gallery space which for up to 140 guests on the top floor with canapés and platters that start from $25 per person or for a more substantial meal we suggest spending $60 to $80. This rate can be discussed further and a hire fee may apply depending on number of guests, day, time and duration of the event.
If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies in your group, we do our best to cater to their needs, if you could just let us know as soon as possible prior to the day of the function.
Beverages are charged on consumption. If you would like the wine list forwarded on to you please let us know. For advice choosing wines for the night to suit the menu and your budget our Sommelier James Welsh would be delighted to help.

Sit down for up to 65 guests (exclusive use incurs a hire fee for less than 55 guests but fee is waived if more than 55 guests) Cocktail style 60-120 guests (exclusive use)

Cocktail style for 20 to 30 guests
Can be used for pre dinner drinks (weather permitting)
Can be covered over by a marquee for dancing/band for an additional cost for marquee hire

Cancellation policy:

Our cancellation fee of $70 per person will be applied for any no shows. Should your group arrive with less than what was confirmed this charge will be added to your bill. We welcome calls for individual cancellations, at the latest by 5:30pm that day, as we understand last minute cancellations within your group can occur. We will contact you a couple of days out from your reservation to confirm final numbers.
